Today we are expanding our medical device expertise into drug delivery and coating technologies. Our newest product TAXUS, is revolutionising the world of stents and is manufactured on site. It is the biggest global project in the 10 history of the Galway site. Our Galway facility is unique within the Boston Scientific Corporation structure, as it is the only facility that produces products for three of the organisations main product ranges. We have a full array of supporting technologies on site which renders it virtually self sufficient in the supply of it's own sub assemblies.
